This is the second tunnel we scanned at Jun Ge Shu Wu.
The previous one was situated at the end of the very long library / games area, and promised quite some mysteries.
As for this model, it is the very end of the tunnel situated on the left hand side (the right hand side tunnel loops back to the entrance through the kitchen).
It might seem like the place is a maze, but the floor map is rather simple - the fascination it generates comes from the darkness of the empty tunnels, and the decorative elements placed here and there (dolls, boxes, vases, rifles).
We imagined using these tunnels to make a Ba Gua shaped maze in the VR experience. The first user tests were alarming though, as the complexity of the meshes made it very difficult to navigate through a maze of similar-looking tunnels.
