Before leaving the Temple of the Eight Immortals (八仙庵, Ba Xian An), Benjamin was on the phone with Fabien Fromont, a French Wushu practitioner trained in the Wudang Mountains (武當山 Wudangshan).
The two met in 2012, a few days after Benjamin temporarily left Japan during his foreign student program at Tokyo University of the Arts, where he met Shu Isaka.
It was Fabien Fromont who introduced Benjamin to Tai Chi Chuan (太极拳, Taijiquan).
We executed this scan of a fountain in the shape of a dragon during this conversation, which ended 30 minutes after the temple closed.

Throughout his carreer, Duchamp attempted to approach matters related to the inefficiency of representation ("inframince").
