Although we saw none in Shanghai, three-wheelers (delivery tricycle scooters) are common in Chongqing. The reason for this is that such vehicles are banned in Shanghai as well as in many other cities.
In contrast, Chongqing is a industrial area (cars, motorbikes, tanks...). There is no ban on bikes, which makes it somehow special.
This particular vehicle, which looks like a car but is considered a motorcycle by law, reminded us of an Indian rickshaw.
